Planned Maintenance
IVC Media can provide a comprehensive menu of planned maintenance options. This can be tailored to meet the operational requirements of the client ranging from on call 24/7 to adhoc callouts.
Before commencing a new maintenance contract, IVC Media will carry out a full survey of the client's existing systems and equipment, following which an asset register will be compiled along with a list of any equipment that needs specific attention.
The number of preventative maintenance visits per year varies according to the clients' requirements and the budgets available.
After each preventative maintenance visit, a report will be provided detailing the maintenance checks carried out and listing any malfunctioning equipment requiring repair.
All visits to site, whether for planned maintenance or emergency callouts, will be listed in the activities register.
