Teamwork is paramount to successful projects - not only teamwork within our own company, but between the client, consultants, architects, main contractors, ourselves and other sub-contractors and specialist system contractors.
One of our key strengths is our ability to quickly integrate a team of professionals from across all disciplines into a cohesive and efficient unit.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional, efficient and open approach within which the team can readily identify and respond to the key challenges of the project.
We believe that every member of a project team has a significant and extremely important individual role to play, thus we strive to create an environment of cooperative and consensual working in an open minded and blame free approach to resolving problems.
Understanding
We believe the first step in any project is to gain an understanding and insight into the confines, pressures and aspirations of each team member and, wherever possible, we arrange a start up meeting between ourselves, the client and the main contractor where each has the opportunity to present their aims and requirements to the others.
This is followed by a second meeting with our own staff, sub-contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure the teamwork is seamless at all levels.
