Quality Standards
IVC Media are fully committed to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance. We have been accredited to the standard since 1996 and follow a programme of continual self-assessment and improvement.
In our view, however, quality is not just a manual or a set of procedures but a way of thinking and acting to ensure we deliver a defect-free, high quality product and service.

We approach quality management as a continuous process, from the enquiry stage, through tendering, designing, implementation, test and commissioning to defect free handover.
Health & Safety
IVC Media are fully committed to Health & Safety and work within the guidelines of OHSAS 18001. We are currently working towards accreditation to this standard.
As with our Quality Assurance System, we work to a set of Health & Safety procedures, all of which are documented. Awareness training is given to all employees and regular internal audits are carried out to monitor compliance. Although we have separately documented sets of procedures, our Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and Environmental activities are run as an integrated system.
The Environment
Although we are a 'clean' organisation with very little waste, we are very environmentally aware and are currently working towards accreditation to BS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
